Roller Hearth Furnace Roller Hearth Furnace is been used for transformer lamination, annealing, by using low thermal mass. Our designed Roller Hearth Furnaces reduced the connected load and power consumption by about 30%. In the picture only bottom half of the furnace is been shown and it has been used for Transformer Lamination Annealing. We have also designed it without transformer, against conventional practices
